Identity Refresh & Website Redesign for Minnesota’s Original Coworking Destination

the SITUATION

Coco rebranded as Fueled Collective in 2018 to realize a national franchise strategy designed to extend their movement nationwide. That transition struck a nerve with a coworking community connected to the Coco name. As a result, “Coco” came back in April 2023, and it was time give the brand a fresh look and feel, and the same relentless focus on creating collaborative, creative work environments for individuals, as well as remote and hybrid companies.

the solution

The previous Fueled Collective branding featured a harsh color palette and cold aesthetic that was at odds with the experience they create with their warm spaces and friendly approach. So, I created a softer, warmer palette tying in colors from their physical spaces for a seamless design. I enhanced their visual identity with an elegant pattern that straddles mid-century and modern styles. Modern and sophisticated typefaces were chosen to blend style with readability and to support their interior design language. These elements now connect their website, wall treatments, social media graphics and other marketing efforts together.

The image-forward website design engages and drives their audiences to tour these amazing spaces. Coco’s digital marketing and advertising efforts are supported throughout the site with effective landing page designs, free downloads, HubSpot marketing integration and a robust library of blog posts. Coco now enjoys a website that informs and delights visitors, while helping the business meet its goals.
