Unify the branding and marketing efforts of a commercial real estate finance corporate office with 30 independently-managed nationwide offices with disparate marketing and advertising efforts.


I began by building a solid foundation of brand strategy, key messaging and brand guidelines that would focus and connect each offices’ efforts to build recognition and put them on par with their national competitors. Partnering with NorthMarq’s corporate team, and using the newly created guidelines as our toolbox, I gave NorthMarq a deep library of off-the-shelf corporate materials to leverage, as well as a system of templates they could customize to their local offices’ needs and opportunities.

From the core brand identity and messaging through dozens of print and digital collateral, advertising, display, direct mail and stationery pieces, NorthMarq now had a world of consistent branding tools that would strengthen their national presence, unify their offices and support their growth.
